These terms apply to the Aflo app and to this website. Aflo is provided by ECOM KNIGHT LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, mail@aflotips.com.
The app license
You download the app from the Apple App Store. Your license to use it is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The following terms apply in addition.
Movement, not medical advice
Aflo offers general movement education and guided practice. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or other professional. Talk to a professional before you start if you are pregnant, injured, ill or unsure. Move within a comfortable range, stop when something hurts and use the app at your own responsibility.
Membership
- Lessons and practice sessions are free. The membership unlocks additional content. The app shows what is included before you buy.
- Membership is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the Apple App Store. The price and the billing period are shown in the app and confirmed by Apple before you pay. Payment is charged to your Apple account.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in the subscription settings of your Apple account. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's rules.
- Prices can change for future periods. Apple informs you before a price change applies to you.
- Deleting the app does not end the subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account.
Your data
The app has no account. Your name, preferences, routines and history stay on your device. We cannot restore them if you delete the app or lose the device. See the privacy policy.
Content
The texts, illustrations, videos and the Aflo character belong to ECOM KNIGHT LLC or its licensors. You may use them personally within the app. Copying, redistributing or commercial use requires our written permission.
Availability and changes
We may change, expand or remove content and features and we may update the app or these terms. We aim to keep the app available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ECOM KNIGHT LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the app or the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protection rules, those rules remain unaffected.
